July 15th Message of Peace

“Build an egregore of Peace around the World!”

That was the loudest message from today’s meditation with Dr. Jennie Hsu. What does that mean? Let’s take an example of the egregore of war. An “egregore of war” is a massive, non-physical thoughtform or psychic entity generated by humanity’s collective trauma, fear, and aggressive intentions. In Western esotericism, such an entity is believed to take on a self-sustaining life of its own, feeding on conflict and shaping the actions of the people who unknowingly sustain it.

In order to birth Satyug, the golden age, we must create an equally powerful connected global thought form of PEACE. Desire for peace for all. In our inner eye seeing peace on Earth. Feeling peace within. Choosing peace amidst the daily struggles. We must come together to build a powerul thought form choosing peace.

Egregores are heart based strong magnetic pulls. This is the science behind bringing in Satyug. We must have enough of us desiring in our heart, in our soul, the Pure land frequencies. We must want above all else, peace for all and heaven on Earth. Once the egregore begins to build through strong core seeds, it will grow on its own, with a momentum no one will be able stop.

Desire of a pure heart is stronger than a desire from a heavy heart.

Desire for good things for others is stronger than the desire for something for ourselves.

We must remember to build this egregore of Peace from our pure hearts and for all beings. For animals. For mother Earth. It cannot be just for me or my family or my tribe.

We are shown lighting of candles visual. Why? How will lighting candles help?

Just like in Wellness Visions Richmond, when a group of 18 gathered to light 1008 candles for peace and came together for 2 hours to forgive and to release, they bonded with the seed of peace. They left hopeful and choosing peace. That was an egregore of Peace created and its effects were even more dramatic the next day.

By lighting peace candles together, we are building micro egregores of Peace. Once these thought forms come together globally they will create a new firmament, a new reality for all those who wished for it.

The God of Satyug is the Mother Goddess, and she is here, strongly available to anyone willing to sit in silence and call her. Her signature is a red rose in the heart. She reminds us that in Satyug, our energies stay in our hearts and above. We live in divine love for ourselves and for others, such that it’s a single thread of love for all that connects us. There is no repulsion, judgment, or aversion toward another. There’s true unity and service to all. We must begin to live each day with that as our chosen path. It doesn’t matter how many times we fail; it’s the intent. Eventually, the intent will create the thoughts that will lead to the actions of a Satyugi.

A simple breathing exercise is one that involves breathing from our heart, seeing a flowering red rose and watching it unfold as we breathe. Then connecting the breath to the Shiva, the Brahman, the consciousness above our Crown. All-pervading consciousness rests above us. The God of all knowing is above the crown. The God of creation and action is in our hearts. Once we connect the two we are living in a different frequency of wisdom-guided golden age embodiment.

Build a global tribe of Satyugis who choose to be part of the Peace egregoire. When you all meet, even via Zoom, you strengthen the field and expand it. When you do it with the intention of sending the light around the entire Earth, you create a web through your thoughts, which is then available to everyone; they just have to choose it to connect with your web.

Some simple ways to live in the heart is to say the word Krishna in the heart and watch it unfurl. Sound activates the heart fast. Another way is to meditate in person with a group that also wants peace on Earth. Physically groups are more powerful because the frequencies resonate more strongly in proximity. When you do meditations, imagine you are all sitting together, that creates a similiar effect. Build a meditation garden for all meditations, so theres consistency to the visualization,

Sit under trees, they will heal and restore the Peace template. Walk in forests, watch the birds and let go of the rushing around and to-do lists. All that creates chaos. To birth Satyug, you need stillness, oneness of purpose and the strongest heart activation. This will become easier as more and more join the collective Peace thoughtform.

There are already so many fragmented movements for golden age. We need them all coming together to create and amplify this magentic force that will literally birth a whole new World of love, peace and joy.

Pause for Peace: A Daily Ritual to Shift Your World

In a world running on hyper-speed, where stress feels like the default setting and burnout a badge of honor, the most radical thing you can do is… PAUSE.

Yes, pause.
Not to scroll, not to binge, not even to think. But to breathe. To be. To feel peace—not someday, but now.

This is the essence of the global movement I’m calling Pause for Peace and we are offering collective Pause via Zoom at 6am, 12pm and 6pm. Come join us!

Why?
Because Silence is the antidote to Violence. We are living in a world caught in a cycle of reactivity—anger, anxiety, outrage. But peace isn’t passive. It’s powerful. When we choose peace, we broadcast coherence. We become anchors of calm in the storm. And when enough of us do it together, the collective shifts.

It’s simple. It’s science-backed. And it’s a game-changer—for your nervous system, your heart, and our collective peace.

Modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom both agree: moments of intentional silence calm the amygdala, reset the vagus nerve, and bring the body into parasympathetic rest. In other words, just a few minutes of stillness can reverse the stress response and flood the system with healing.

Now imagine millions of us—students, CEOs, artists, parents—stopping three times a day to drop into peace together. The ripple effect would be seismic.

How It Works

We invite you to set your alarm at *6 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM*.
When it goes off, do this:

1. Pause. Stop what you’re doing.
2. Close your eyes. Even just a soft gaze downward.
3. Breathe deeply for six minutes. Inhale peace, exhale stress.
4. Repeat silently: “Peace for all.” Let the words echo through your being.
5. Feel your heart open. Let silence wash over you. Let love rise.

That’s it. Six minutes. Three times a day. Total: 18 minutes. Less time than your daily doomscroll.

Join the Movement

This isn’t a solo practice—it’s a shared pulse. So set your alarm. Invite your family. Share it with your school, your workplace, your group chat. Record your pauses. Post them with the hashtag #PauseForPeace.

Let’s make stillness viral.
Let’s make peace louder than fear.
Let’s show the world what’s possible when we choose inner bliss over outer chaos.
One breath. One pause. One World.
Please join us at pause369.com/Peace for the Zoom link to Pause for Peace.

Unifying Theory of All Religions

As a spiritual adventurer, I’ve spent the last nine years immersing myself in various modalities of teachings across cultures and time. In deep reflection, I’ve pondered the question: What thread is woven through every teaching?

Beneath the symbols, stories, rules, and structures, there is an undeniable unity that runs through them all.

This deeper reality might be called God, Source, Brahman, the Tao, the Absolute, the Void, or simply “Oneness.” Despite the differing names, rituals, and mythologies, most spiritual paths agree on a few core truths:

🌟 The Core Unifying Principles:

Oneness / Unity Consciousness

1. All is one. Separation is an illusion. Whether it’s Advaita Vedanta (nonduality), Christian mysticism, Sufism, or Zen, many traditions say the ultimate truth is that all beings, all creation, and the Divine are deeply interconnected.
Divine Essence Within
Every major tradition teaches that the divine or sacred spark lives within us:

Hinduism: Aham Brahmasmi (“I am Brahman”)

Christianity: “The kingdom of God is within you.”

Buddhism: Buddha-nature is in all beings.

Sufism: God is “closer than your jugular vein.”

2. The Path of Inner Transformation
The way to realize this truth is not through belief alone, but through personal experience—through meditation, prayer, love, self-inquiry, surrender, or service.
This path transforms fear into love, ego into soul, and suffering into wisdom.

3. Love, Compassion, and Service
Love is the highest frequency in all paths. Service to others, compassion, and forgiveness are emphasized universally.

  • Jesus said, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
  • Buddha taught metta (loving-kindness).
  • Sufi poets like Rumi spoke endlessly of Divine Love.

4. Transcendence of Ego / Awakening
True spiritual growth involves transcending the limited ego identity and waking up to a higher consciousness—whether called enlightenment, salvation, nirvana, moksha, or union with God.

5. Cycles of Life, Death, and Rebirth
Most spiritual systems recognize that life is not a one-time event, but a cycle of learning, growth, and return to Source.

🧭 In Essence:
Religions are like rivers, flowing from different mountains, yet all lead to the same ocean.
Spiritual traditions offer diverse maps, but the destination is the same:

To remember who we truly are—divine beings of love, light, and infinite consciousness.

How to Choose Bliss during War (my perspective on India-Pakistan situation)

War carries the frequency of destruction: chaos, loss, heartbreak, and pain. The recent India Pakistan situation has so many emotionally charged. If you too find yourself constantly consuming updates on the India-Pakistan conflict, you’re in danger of sending the wrong message to the Universe!

By letting your thoughts dwell on the negativity you’re telling the Universe, “More of this, please.”

To keep my frequency clean I’m not getting fearful, taking sides angrily, justifying actions, or engaging in debate. I’m CHOOSING BLISS with obsessiveness amidst a sea of chaos.

Why?
Because I don’t want to feed the fire or violence or attract it to my destiny.

Also, my getting aggressively emotional –

  • won’t help either side win.
  • won’t end the violence.
  • won’t bring back lost lives.

So, does that mean I shouldn’t have an opinion?

Of course not. We’re human—opinions are natural. I believe India has every right to protect its people and prevent further loss of life.

But that doesn’t mean we FEED THE FIRE that’s raging. I’m CHOOSING BLISS and so can you

“The world today is vibrating low with conflict. But you can choose to vibe high and keep bliss in your destiny.”

Choose consciously. Choose peace. Choose bliss.

Love is the Ultimate Tech

Love as a Technology: The Spirit-Code of Becoming What You Love

Love is not merely a feeling. It is a frequency. A force. A divine algorithm written into the fabric of the cosmos. What if love is not just an emotion we stumble into, but a technology of consciousness—an ancient, sacred, precise tool for transformation?

In the age of artificial intelligence, satellites, and gene editing, we often limit our definition of “technology” to machines. But the mystics, sages, and starseeds have long known a deeper truth: the most powerful technologies are invisible. They don’t beep or buzz—they bloom from within.

Love: The Frequency of Becoming

When you love something deeply—whether a person, a purpose, or a prayer—you begin to merge with it. You start speaking its language, dreaming its dreams, shaping your life around its vibration. This is not metaphor. It’s frequency mechanics.

Everything in existence vibrates, and love is the universal tuner. Like a radio aligning with a broadcast, love tunes us to the wavelength of what we adore. This is why mystics say, you become what you love. If you love peace, you become peaceful. If you love truth, you become transparent. If you love the Divine, your soul begins to glow like starlight from the inside out.

In this way, love is a technology of becoming. A living metamorphosis. Not just a sweet emotion, but an evolutionary engine.

Telepathy: The Heart’s WiFi

What we call telepathy is not science fiction—it’s soul fiction waiting to be remembered.

Have you ever felt someone thinking of you, only to receive a message from them moments later? Or sensed the exact emotions of a loved one across continents? That’s not coincidence. That’s resonance.

When you love someone truly, deeply, purely, your frequencies sync. Your nervous systems begin to mirror, your emotional waves echo each other. This is the spiritual basis of telepathy: shared frequency = shared consciousness. The heart becomes a signal tower, and love is the carrier wave.

Words become unnecessary. You feel them inside you. You hear them before they speak. You send comfort without touch. You transmit joy without proximity. This is not fantasy. It’s the higher octave of human connection.

Love as Divine Operating System

Love is the original Operating System of the Soul. Before language, before culture, before even thought—there was love. The great mystic Rumi said, “You were born with wings, why prefer to crawl through life?” To love is to fly. To transmit. To receive. To become.

This technology cannot be patented. It can only be remembered.

In the end, the purpose of all spiritual practice—whether breathwork, meditation, or mantra—is to restore us to our original programming: love. Not conditional love. Not transactional love. But the primal, formless, blazing Love that sings through stars and rivers and children and galaxies.

Becoming What You Love

If you want to understand telepathy, raise your love.
If you want to evolve, choose what you love, and let it remake you.
If you want to live in a divine reality, realize that love is not something you give—it’s something you are.

Let your love be the code.
Let your heart be the antenna.
Let your frequency be the prayer.

And when you do, you will discover:
Love is not magic.
Love is not myth.
Love is technology.
The most advanced, sacred, and eternal one we have.

What is Somatic Therapy and why you need it

There’s a new therapy in town but its ancient as heck. They are calling it Somatic healing and its is a type of mental health counseling that helps people identify and release physical sensations and energy that are connected to difficult feelings or traumatic events. According to an article on the Harvard blog by  , Executive Editor, Harvard Women’s Health Watch

“Somatic therapy explores how the body expresses deeply painful experiences, applying mind-body healing to aid with trauma recovery.”

Basically, your emotions are stored in your body and trauma has a nasty habit of becoming a house guest that never leaves. Somatic therapy is a new science backed modality to:
  • Help people understand how their bodies express painful experiences
  • Relieve pain and stress
  • Cultivate awareness of bodily sensations
  • Teach people to feel safe in their bodies
Somatic healing techniques include:
  • Body awareness
Learning to recognize and identify areas of tension in the body

  • Grounding
Connecting to the body and the earth, such as by feeling your feet on the ground

  • Breathwork
Focusing on breathing into the throat, diaphragm, jaw, and shoulders, and out into the belly and chest

  • Mindful movement
Using gentle stretching, yoga-inspired poses, or other intentional movements to release tension

  • Therapeutic touch
Using touch therapies such as coregulating touch, craniosacral therapy, or Neuro Affective touch

  • Pendulation
A therapist guides you from a relaxed state to a state that feels similar to a traumatic experience

  • Titration
A therapist guides you through a traumatic memory, asking you to observe any changes in your body

  • Sequencing
Paying attention to the order in which sensations of tension leave your body

  • Resourcing
Recalling resources in your life that make you feel safe

Some sensations you may notice when beginning somatic healing include:
  • Nausea
  • Dizziness
  • Feeling off-balance
  • Muscle twitching
  • Muscle soreness or pain
  • Headache
  • Emotional release
  • Lack of sensation or awareness of certain muscles

Ho’Oponopono- Transform Struggles into Serenity via Forgiveness

Are you tired of being stressed, anxious, or sad?

Do you feel stuck in a never-ending cycle of bad luck, trials, and experiences? Do you look at others with their easier, luckier lives and wonder how you too can live that way? Then this article is worth a read.

If you are experiencing negative experiences, repeating distressing patterns, negative thoughts, judgment, insecurity, and fear then you are in a lower band which will keep attracting more such recurring experiences.

There’s a simple way out but before we dive in, I urge you to take a moment to pause, breathe, and open yourself to the possibility of transformation. This journey requires your heart-based listening.

First, please know that you are a FREQUENCY.

A symphony of unique sound and light based on every thought, action, and emotion you have ever experienced and are still living.

Your reality is the outcome of YOU.

You are choosing which station to tune into by being in a specific frequency. If you feel fear, there will be more fear-mongering life situations. If you feel anger, there will be more angering situations.

Take a breath, close your eyes, and observe your breath. What channel are you on?

Your life can only play that which you are.

If you don’t like the station that is playing, just change your frequency and life will deliver that which you become.

The power to change your life is LITERALLY IN YOUR FREQUENCY.

But changing your frequency is easy to say and hard as heck to do. This article shares the SECRET of changing your frequency in a powerful and proven way. All you have to do is BELIEVE & PRACTICE.

Please meet the ancient sacred Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono.

The word “Ho’oponopono” roughly translates to “to correct” or “to make things right”. The practice emphasizes the importance of forgiveness and love, and allows you to let go of burdens, or “pohaku”, to heal.

At its core, Ho’oponopono is rooted in the profound understanding that everything is frequency, and Karma creates a default frequency for us. When we find ourselves trapped in a cycle of negative life experiences we are resonating at a lower frequency. Ho’oponopono offers a sacred space for “righting the wrongs we have done” raising our vibe and transforming our life.

Why Practice Ho’oponopono:

Ho’oponopono offers a potent antidote to the pervasive negativity that permeates our lives. By engaging in this ancient Hawaiian prayer, we have the opportunity to transmute lower frequencies into higher vibrations of love, healing, and wholeness. Through forgiveness, we release the energetic burdens of resentment, judgment, and fear, allowing us to rise above the limitations of our past and create a new reality grounded in harmony and balance.

When to Practice Ho’oponopono:

The beauty of Ho’oponopono lies in its simplicity and accessibility. It can be practiced anytime, anywhere, whenever you feel called to release negative energies and restore inner peace. I recommend you practice daily, constantly and anytime you are aware of being in a lower frequency. You can practice in your car, while waiting in line at Starbucks, or right before going to bed.

Do a minimum 45 days of once a day at least to see real results in form of miracles.

How to Practice Ho’oponopono:

Engaging in the practice of Ho’oponopono requires only your intention and willingness to “right all wrongs”. Here’s a simple yet powerful way to incorporate this ancient prayer into your daily life:

  1. Find a quiet space where you can sit comfortably and center yourself.
  2. Take a few deep breaths to ground yourself in the present moment.
  3. Repeat the following four phrases either silently or aloud:
    • I’m sorry.
    • Please forgive me.
    • I love you.
    • Thank you.
  1. As you repeat these phrases, envision the person, situation, or aspect of yourself that you wish to forgive and release.
  2. Allow yourself to feel the emotions that arise, acknowledging and honoring them without judgment.
  3. With each repetition, feel the energetic shift as you release the weight of past grievances and open yourself to the healing power of forgiveness.

The Science and Results of Ho’oponopono:

While the practice of Ho’oponopono may seem simple, its effects are nothing short of miraculous. From a scientific perspective, the act of forgiveness has been shown to elicit profound changes in brain function, emotional well-being, and physical health. Studies have demonstrated that forgiveness reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and enhances immune function. Moreover, by releasing negative emotions and restoring inner harmony, forgiveness can lead to greater resilience, improved relationships, and a heightened sense of well-being.

Once a week or more I recommend you do the entire prayer below:

This original prayer reads as follows:

Divine Creator:

If I, my family, my relatives and ancestors, have offended other families, relatives and ancestors, in thoughts, facts, or deeds, from the beginning of our creation to the present, We ask your forgiveness.

Let this clear, purify, release and cut off all negative memories, blockages, energies and vibrations. Transmute these undesirable energies into pure light and SO IT IS.

To clear my subconscious of all the emotional charge stored in it, I say over and over again during my day, the keywords of Ho’oponopono:

“I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

I declare myself in peace with all the people of the earth and with whom I have outstanding debts. In this moment, for all that I do not like in my present life: “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

I release all those I believe to have wronged me because they simply give me back what I did to them before, in some past life: “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

Even though it is hard for me to forgive someone, it is me who asks that person for forgiveness now. For, in this moment, across all time, for everything I don’t like in my present life: “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

For this sacred space that I live in day by day and for which I am not grateful: “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

For the difficult relationships from which I only keep bad memories: “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

For all that I do not like in my present life, in my past life, in my work, and what is around me, I ask Divinity to cleanse in me that which is contributing to this: “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

If my physical body experiences anxiety, worry, guilt, fear, sadness, and pain, I now say “My memories, I love you. I am grateful for the opportunity to free you and me.” “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

Beloved Mother Earth, if I, my family, my relatives, and my ancestors mistreat you with thoughts, words, and actions, from the beginning of our creation to the present, I ask your forgiveness. “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

Let this clear and purify, release, and cut off all negative memories, blockages, energies, and vibrations. Transmute these undesirable energies into pure light and so it is.

I say this prayer as the doorway to your emotional health which is the same as mine. So be well, and as you heal so do I. I love you for being who you are.

A story of Chaos to Compassion: Om Mani Padme hum

In the heart of a bustling city, amidst the cacophony of noise and chaos, there lived a young professional named Maya. Her days were a blur of deadlines, meetings, and endless to-do lists, leaving her feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. Despite her best efforts to keep up with the frantic pace of life, stress and anxiety weighed heavily upon her shoulders, casting a shadow over her once-vibrant spirit.

One fateful evening, as Maya found herself grappling with yet another wave of unease, she stumbled upon an ancient bookstore tucked away in a quiet corner of the city. Intrigued by the promise of solace within its walls, she stepped inside, the scent of old parchment and incense filling her senses with a sense of calm.

As Maya perused the shelves lined with dusty tomes and weathered manuscripts, her eyes fell upon a worn leather-bound volume nestled among the stacks. Its title, “The Whisper of Wisdom,” beckoned to her with an irresistible allure, as if calling out to the weary depths of her soul.

Within the pages of the book, Maya discovered the ancient practice of meditation—a timeless art form passed down through the ages, offering refuge to seekers of peace and tranquility amidst the chaos of the world. Intrigued by the promise of inner serenity, she eagerly delved into the teachings, eager to unlock the secrets that lay within.

The Science of Serenity: Unveiling the Power of Om Mani Padme Hum

As Maya immersed herself in the ancient wisdom of meditation, one particular mantra captured her attention: “Om Mani Padme Hum.” Its melodic resonance echoed through the chambers of her heart, stirring a sense of curiosity and wonder within her soul.

What is Om Mani Padme Hum?

“Om Mani Padme Hum” is a sacred mantra from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, and its translation is rich with layers of meaning:

  • “Om” represents the universal sound, the primordial vibration of the universe, and the essence of the ultimate reality.
  • “Mani” means jewel, symbolizing the altruistic intention to attain enlightenment and embody compassion.
  • “Padme” translates to lotus, representing purity, wisdom, and the potential for enlightenment to arise from the depths of samsara (the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth).
  • “Hum” embodies the indivisible union of wisdom and compassion, symbolizing the inseparability of method and wisdom on the path to enlightenment.

At its core, “Om Mani Padme Hum” is a sacred mantra imbued with the essence of compassion and enlightenment.

It is believed that reciting or chanting this mantra invokes the blessings of Avalokiteshvara (the Bodhisattva of Compassion) and awakens the innate qualities of loving-kindness and compassion within oneself.

How it Works: The Dance of Sound and Soul

The rhythmic repetition of the “Om Mani Padme Hum” mantra serves as a beacon of light in the darkness, guiding the practitioner back to the core of their being.

With each chant, Maya felt the layers of stress and anxiety peel away, revealing the radiant essence of her true self beneath.

Who Should Practice: A Path for All Seekers

As Maya delved deeper into the practice of “Om Mani Padme Hum,” she realized that its transformative power knew no bounds. Whether you were a weary traveler or a seasoned sage, this ancient chant offered a pathway to healing and wholeness for all who sought it.

When to Chant: Harnessing the Symphony of Silence

In the quiet moments of dawn and before sleep, as the world lay still and silent, Maya found solace in the gentle rhythm of her own breath. With each repetition of the mantra, she felt herself drawn deeper into the embrace of the present moment, where time seemed to stand still and the worries of the world faded into insignificance.

The Results: A Symphony of Serenity

As Maya surrendered herself to the gentle cadence of “Om Mani Padme Hum,” she felt a profound shift within—a sense of peace and contentment, unlike anything she had ever known. With each chant, she felt her spirit soar, liberated from the confines of stress and anxiety, and free to be in bliss.

The Journey Home

In the sacred stillness of the present moment, Maya discovered a sanctuary within herself—a refuge from the storms of life and a gateway to the infinite depths of her own being. With each step along the path of meditation, she found herself drawing closer to the whispered wisdom that had always resided within her soul, guiding her home to the serenity that had been hers all along.

Meditation is not just for spiritual awakening or certain ethnicities, its really a powerful wellness wand for all. In recent years, scientific research has underscored the profound benefits of meditation and breathwork on mental and physical well-being including improved sleep, brain function, decision-making, anti-aging, blood pressure, longevity, performance, and more.

Renowned figures throughout history have also extolled its virtues: As the Dalai Lama famously remarked, “Cultivating a close, warmhearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. It helps remove whatever fears or insecurities we may have and gives us the strength to cope with any obstacles we encounter. It is the principal source of success in life.”

Similarly, the renowned author and meditation teacher Thich Nhat Hanh emphasized, “Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.”

At Breathworkk.com, users have the opportunity to explore these timeless truths through nightly meditations with Masters and Mystics. Our volunteer hosts curate and select the right breathwork and meditation based on a weekly curriculum so each night is a a uniquely special experience.
